Is the free demo really the full system?
Yes — all 37 modules, every feature, no time limit. The only limits: 1 user and 20 records per module, plus a demo watermark on prints. Enter a license key anytime and it unlocks in place — no reinstall, your encoded data stays.
One-time payment — talaga? No monthly fees?
Talaga. Pay once (₱3,000–₱30,000 depending on users) and the software is yours forever, with free updates for 1 year. After that it keeps working — extended updates & priority support are an optional annual add-on.
Do I need internet?
No. It installs on your office PC and runs fully offline. Internet is only needed to download the installer and updates.
Is it BIR compliant?
It's built for Philippine rules: 12% VAT, withholding tax, SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG payroll, 13th month — and it generates BIR forms (1601-C, 2307, 2550M) from your live data. Your books stay double-entry balanced, down to the centavo.
Will it fit my type of business?
The setup wizard configures the chart of accounts, taxes and visible modules for 16 business types — sari-sari/retail, restaurant, construction, trading, services, manufacturing, cooperative, NGO/foundation, clinic, school, real estate, logistics, agriculture, hardware, pharmacy, professional services.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Install on one PC; everyone else opens it from their browser over your office network (LAN) — each with their own login. Roles (Admin, Accounting, HR, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory) are enforced on the server, so staff only see what they should.
Where is my data? What if my PC crashes?
Your data lives on your own PC — never on our servers. Built-in Backup & Restore exports a full snapshot file; keep copies on a USB drive or Google Drive and you can restore everything on a new machine.
How do I buy and activate?
Click Buy Now, send the request, and we email payment options (GCash or bank transfer). After payment we email your license key — enter it in the app and you're unlocked, usually the same day.
Do you help with setup?
The wizard handles most of it in minutes, and the in-app Getting Started guide walks you through your first transactions. Need more? Email info@sakaynatech.com — priority onboarding is included on Standard and Unlimited plans.
I only need payroll — do I have to buy the whole ERP?
