What's the difference between Lite and the full ERP?
Lite is the core books — accounting/GL, sales (AR), purchases (AP), basic inventory, BIR & tax, backup and roles. The full AccountingPro ERP adds payroll & HR, procurement (PR/PO/GRN), fixed assets, cost centers, multi-currency, approval workflows and more — 37 modules in all. Same engine, so you can upgrade later and keep your data.
Is the free demo really the full Lite system?
Yes — every Lite module, no time limit. The only limits: 1 user and 20 records per module, plus a demo watermark on prints. Enter a license key anytime and it unlocks in place — no reinstall, your encoded data stays.
One-time payment — talaga? No monthly fees?
Talaga. Pay once (₱2,999–₱4,999 depending on users) and it's yours forever, with free updates for 1 year. After that it keeps working; extended updates & support are an optional add-on.
Do I need internet?
No. It installs on your office PC and runs fully offline. Internet is only needed to download the installer and updates.
Is it BIR compliant?
Yes — 12% VAT, withholding, and BIR forms (1601-C, 2550M) generated from your live data. Your books stay double-entry balanced, down to the centavo.
I need payroll — is it in Lite?
No — payroll lives in the full ERP, or as the standalone SakaynaTech Payroll product. Lite focuses on your accounting books.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes (Lite Business). Install on one PC; others open it from their browser over your office network (LAN), each with their own login. Roles are enforced on the server.
Where is my data? What if my PC crashes?
Your data lives on your own PC — never on our servers. Built-in Backup & Restore exports a full snapshot; keep copies on a USB or Google Drive and restore on a new machine.
How do I buy and activate?
Click Buy Now, send the request, and we email payment options (GCash or bank transfer). After payment we email your license key — enter it in the app and you're unlocked, usually the same day.
